Tino Friedrich (born 1973) first completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker to then graduate in business engineering with the special subject area mechanical engineering/ factory planning at Fachhochschule Anhalt. Since 1998 he coordinates production launches of vehicles in stamping plants and body construction sites. He successfully utilizes his extensive knowledge of corporate planning, process planning and IT integration of enterprise level software solutions in various projects. Tino Friedrich is self employed since 2001 and managing director of TRIOLOGY GmbH since 2006. He is responsible for finance and controlling.

Thomas Grosser (born 1968) worked as an Oracle database developer at a small company after graduating in computer science in Braunschweig. Next as a consultant and project manager at Oracle Deutschland GmbH he was responsible for large IT projects for non-profit organizations. After changing to Volkswagen Bank GmbH he managed as a team leader the implementation of a content management system for all brands of the automobile bank. Since the foundation of TRIOLOGY GmbH he is a managing director and responsible for marketing and sales.

After his apprenticeship as a toolmaker Thomas Paliga (born 1967) graduated in supply engineering at Fachhochschule Braunschweig Wolfenbüttel. Since 1995 he leads large projects in the field of production planning for plant construction as a project manager at Volkswagen AG. He has an extensive knowledge in corporate planning for sales and production departments. Furthermore he provides quality management, process planning and IT integration of enterprise level software solutions. He is self-employed since 1999 and managing director since the foundation of TRIOLOGY GmbH. He is responsible for human resources and sales.
