Methodology & tools
For the project management we use both classic methods as well as agile models such as Scrum or Kanban. TRIOLOGY GmbH uses a range of ScrumMasters and ProductOwners that are certified by ScrumAlliance. In addition to the stated methodologies, our day to day tools also include presenting workshops, using project management software and themes such as process modelling in UML or ARIS.
