Familiarization

Every 9 months, we conduct a developmental interview to jointly determine where each person would like to develop. This can be a technical specialization or a new subject area from our portfolio.

Career Paths

In the TRIO lounge and on the roof terrace, employees can recharge their batteries and relax during breaks - free drinks (coffee, tea, water, juices) included, of course.

Catering

Sharing knowledge and learning from/with others is an element of personnel development for us. Therefore, we support various forms of exchange, such as conferences, user groups or organize our own formats like the Open Room.
