The initial situation
The Euro VI RMI guidelines, which came into force in 2013, entail crucial changes for MAN Truck & Bus SE. One of the basic requirements for their fulfillment is, among other things, the provision of unrestricted access to repair and maintenance information of the motor vehicles concerned in order to ensure competition in the European internal market with regard to repair. For this purpose, an information portal is being set up that is available to all repair shops.

The solution
The primary focus of the project is to meet legal requirements and thus to complete the project on time, quality and budget. From the very beginning, project managers from TRIOLOGY GmbH have been working at MAN Truck & Bus SE to ensure the success of the project.<br/> One challenge within the scope of the project is the strong interlocking of the individual projects on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is a cross-site program that requires comprehensive coordination.<br/> The essential task here is to manage the development of a portal technology that is new for the customer.
