The initial situation
In 2008, the business processes in the bus division of MAN Truck & Bus SE in Salzgitter were changed. In this restructuring, application responsibility for the specific applications from the bus area was taken over by the central IT departments in Munich. In this context, MAN Truck & Bus has also decided to hand over the maintenance, support, and further development of some applications to external service providers.

TRIOLOGY GmbH was already a long-standing service provider for MAN Truck & Bus SE in the area of application development before 2008. From 2008, TRIOLOGY was then also used as a service provider (maintenance and support) for complete application packages by MAN Truck & Bus SE.<br/> A team of fixed contacts takes over the transparent communication to MAN Truck & Bus SE, controls the activities and thus ensures the function and operation of the applications.
