On September 12th, 2017 the non-commercial conference, Java Forum Nord, is opening its doors for the third time. Experts and internationally known speakers will convey their know-how on all aspects of Java as a programming language and platform in two keynotes and more than 25 talks.
TRIOLOGY GmbH will be there again as a Gold sponsor. Our colleague Oliver Milke, who will go into the practically relevant basics of cryptography, is also among the speakers for the first time.
IT security is indisputably one of the most important non-functional requirements of modern software systems, but it is nevertheless, often given too little or late attention in project business. There are many aspects to IT systems security, one of which is cryptography. Through preconfigured servers, not initially requiring any detailed knowledge, a deceptive feeling of security can occasionally arise. Oliver Milke’s talk “Crypto 101” assesses this issue and examines the basics of cryptography, so as to increase its understanding and sensitivity in the developer’s day-to-day life.
TRIOLOGY is looking forward to the exchange on this and other topics at Java Forum Nord. You’ll find our colleagues’ review in our blog soon.
